About this role
The Behavior Specialist is responsible for conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with patients within Rogers Behavioral Health treatment programs as detailed. Behavior specialists train and work with the assigned clinical leader to design and implement CBT specific treatment plans to address presenting symptoms. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups to patients, according to clinical standards of care and under the supervision of the Clinical leader. Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the Clinical leader and communicate with them on an ongoing basis regarding clinical issues.…
