Job Description: Overview Rogue Fitness is the leading provider of American made strength & conditioning equipment and the official equipment supplier for the CrossFit Games. Our products are designed, manufactured and distributed in Columbus, Ohio. We are hiring an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and distribution projects from concept through production. You’ll apply data-driven analysis, logical problem solving, and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations to improve the layouts, processes, and workflows that directly impact safety, quality, and throughput. This is a hands-on role: you'll work closely with production teams on the floor and front office, testing ideas alongside the people who build our products every day.…
