About this role
The Senior Capacity Lead is the strategic owner of country-level DSP shift scheduling and vehicle capacity planning. This role bridges the gap between demand forecasting and operational execution, ensuring that our DSP partners provide the exact number of couriers and vehicles needed to meet the daily demand curve. You will lead the shift planning process, ensure daily alignment with DSPs, and maintain the integrity of our operational databases.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Own country-level shift and DSP vehicle planning to ensure DSPs have sufficient couriers per the demand curve.
- Communicate with DSPs about planning-related adjustments, requirements and expectations
- Update Forecast Files, share them with DSPs, and monitor adherence to ensure DSPs meet set requirements.…
