Role Summary: Supports implementation projects under close supervision, learning requirements gathering, module configuration, and quality documentation. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Support: Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements from client SMEs. Prepare structured notes and action items from requirement workshops. Configuration & Testing: Perform basic module configuration under supervision. Execute test scripts and document results accurately. Documentation: Maintain configuration workbooks, training materials, and meeting minutes.
