Job Description What you will be doing: Lead & develop the capital planning (forward maintenance planning) process, tools and management information (MI) for Group Property. Coordinate capital maintenance needs with facilities maintenance teams. Validate maintenance strategy with Site Leadership and Asset Managers. Ensure robust cost estimates.
