Job Description Employee Relations Advisor Bristol/ Hybrid Full Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Advisor based in Bristol to join the UK Employee Relations team. You will collaborate with Line Managers, People Partners, Trade Unions and Employee Representatives to support, influence and execute business change providing ER guidance. Ensuring planning & delivery and advising on ER approaches for groups and individuals. What you will be doing: Working as part of the UK Employee Relations team, you with work with your colleagues to develop and deliver the ER plan for the Bristol site, working in conjunction with the business leadership teams, people teams and Trade Unions representatives.…
