Job Description Aufgaben Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Aggregatemontage und Prüfstände Organisation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Sicherstellung und Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheit und Standards Planung des Einsatzes von Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln Verantwortung für die termingerechte Fertigstellung der Produkte Bearbeitung von Qualitätsthemen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen sowie Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben Qualifikationen Ausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Meister im Elektro- oder Metallbereich oder alternativ langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb Mehrj…
