Each of our ingredients responds to unique and essential needs, and they enable healthier lifestyles. 一、 岗位职责 1. 全流程项目管理：负责公司新建、改建或扩建工程项目的全生命周期管理，包括前期规划、设计对接、施工监管、竣工验收及交付使用。 2. 进度与成本控制：制定详细的工程施工进度计划，严格把控项目节点；负责工程预算编制或审核、变更签证管理及进度款支付审核，有效控制项目成本。 3. 质量与合规监管：严格监督施工质量，确保工程符合国家建筑工程规范及食品行业特殊要求（如洁净车间、排水防臭、防虫防鼠设施等）。 4. 安全与现场管理：落实安全生产责任制，定期组织现场安全检查，杜绝安全事故；协调施工单位、监理单位及厂内各部门，解决现场突发问题。 5. 验收与档案管理：组织各阶段的工程验收（特别是隐蔽工程和洁净工程验收），负责工程图纸、合同、签证等全套资料的整理与归档。 二、 任职要求 1.…
