Role Summary Lead the HR function to deliver effective HR strategies, programs, and services that support business objectives, employee development, engagement, and organizational performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with management and Corporate HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, employee relations, and performance management. Manage labor relations, collective bargaining, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, relocation, talent management, succession planning, and expatriate HR processes.
