Role Summary Lead and oversee mine production operations to achieve safe, efficient, and cost-effective ore extraction and production targets. Provide strategic and operational leadership across mine planning, production, grade control, manpower, equipment, budgeting, and cost management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute mine production strategies, plans, and annual production targets. Oversee daily mining operations and monitor production performance, costs, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate with Mine Technical Services, Engineering, Maintenance, Geology, and other departments to optimize mine development and production.
