Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to lead and strengthen the maintenance reliability function across the mill, crusher, and tailings operations. The role will drive the transition from reactive maintenance to preventive and predictive maintenance , improving equipment reliability, availability, and overall plant performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the maintenance reliability team and provide technical leadership on mechanical reliability matters. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
