About this role
Rossie is one of Scotland’s longest-established providers of children’s services and one of only four secure care providers in Scotland. The organisation supports vulnerable young people through integrated residential care, education, health, and therapeutic services within a safe and trauma-informed environment. We are now looking to appoint new Trustees to join the Board at a significant time for both Rossie and the wider secure care sector in Scotland. Legislative reform, evolving care models, and changes across the sector are creating an opportunity to help shape the future of care provision for some of Scotland’s most vulnerable young people.…
