We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part‑Time HSE & Facilities Administrator (22hrs p/w) to provide administrative, contractor, and systems support to the HSE & Facilities Manager. This role is essential to the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the site and is ideal for someone looking for a part‑time position with responsibility and variety. Key Responsibilities Manage contractor attendance on site, ensuring activity is well coordinated and disruption is minimised. Maintain all contractor documentation, ensuring paperwork is current, compliant, and accurately stored on SharePoint.
