About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du ordnest Dokumente zu, scannst sie ein und versendest die Chargendokumentation termingerecht an unsere Kunden. Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen rund um den Versand der Chargendokumentation. Du archivierst Chargendokumentationen und betreust das Dokumentenarchiv. Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen und unterstützt bei dokumentationsrelevanten Fragestellungen – per Telefon, E-Mail, Microsoft Teams oder in Meetings. Du wirkst am Issue-Management mit, nimmst an Issue-Meetings teil und bearbeitest vereinbarte Maßnahmen (Actions) fristgerecht. Du wirkst aktiv an verschiedenen Projekten mit. Dein Profil Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.…
