About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du führst die kaufmännisch Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) im Bereich Versand fachlich und disziplinarisch. Du koordinierst, steuerst und kontrollierst die nationalen und internationalen Versandaufträge und stellst deren pünktliche Abwicklung sicher, inkl. der Steuerung der Prozesse mit Logistikdienstleistern sowie der zugehörigen Kundenkorrespondenz. Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen und wickelst Transportschäden sowie Retouren ab. Du vertrittst den Zollbeauftragten (m/w/d), bist Ansprechpartner für den Zoll und arbeitest aktiv in der Exportverzollung mit. Du erstellst Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen sowie Proformarechnungen und prüfst fortlaufend Sanktionslisten. Du optimierst Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Versand - sofern erforderlich.…
