Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client's logistic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assisting customers with their orders, questions, and account issues. Maintaining knowledge of our products and services to accurately inform customers. Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
