Job Overview: The In-Situ Machinist is responsible for performing on-site machining, repairs, and precision engineering tasks on various industrial components. This role requires expertise in crankshaft repairs, flange facing, boring, drilling, and alignment procedures. The machinist must ensure high-quality service, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain professional communication with clients and team members. On-Site Machining & Repairs: Perform in-situ machining, flange facing, X-Y milling, boring, and drilling jobs. Lead as a team leader and execute in-situ grinding on crankshaft crankpin, fillet re-grinding, main journal, and crankpin annealing. Conduct in-situ machining using single-point cutting slides on crankpins and shafts.…
