About this role

As a Manning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating crew deployment and manning operations to ensure smooth and efficient staffing of vessels. Your role will involve close collaboration with ship managers, agents, and crew to maintain compliance with company policies and maritime regulations. Assist Manning S/I in upkeep of Manning Team related record keeping (Hard & soft copy) Prepare required invoices, OD, GSA, Ship’s ACR for Manning SI / Manager/ TL review. To assist Manning SI in handling of routine ship’s requirements: Uniform, CTM arrangements. Process Invoices after Manning SI/Manager/TL verification and handle Eye Share / Shipnet entry accordingly.…
