About this role
In Short We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Manager ERP (IFS) to join our IT Application Services team whilst we are expanding our capabilities in Croatia. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IFS ERP system to support our business processes and ensure seamless operations of our global company. Next to that, you will act as a mentor with regards to more junior Application Managers, helping them navigate day-to-day tasks and develop their skills. While you won’t be their direct line manager, your guidance and collaboration will ensure they quickly become an effective member of the team.
