About this role

Main responsibilities: To attend to all patients’ enquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously. To register patients either for appointment or walk-in treatment. Upon completion of treatment, to discharge patients by dispensing medication, collection of accurate payments and scheduling for the next appointments. To collect payment accurately in any mode of payment (cash, NETS, credit card etc.) To key in every treatment charges and sales of dental products in clinic management software. To issue medical receipts and medical certificates. To file patients’ treatment cards correctly. To maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times. Support basic clinical tasks during peak hours or when assigned.…
