SUMMARY: The Director of Property Management will oversee the financial and operational aspects for all owned, leased, and third-party tenant locations within the RRH real estate portfolio. STATUS: Full-tim e LOCATION: 77 Carter St., Rochester, NY 14621 DEPARTMENT: Facilities/Engineering SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the ongoing repair, maintenance, and capital improvements for all owned, leased, and third-party tenant locations. Create annual budgets, quarterly CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reports for internally managed sites Maintain a database of existing leases, and negotiate all new and renewed leases, as both tenant and landlord.…
