STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: 35 North Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424 DEPARTMENT: Out Patient- Mental Health SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM SUMMARY As a Licensed Primary Therapist, you are an important resource and trusted confidant for each patient, providing treatment while allowing the patient the highest quality of life. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Masters Degree in Human Services field required. Two years of mental health experience preferred. New Graduates: Official transcript from accredited school or letter emailed directly from the school’s registrar’s office confirming program completion will be accepted upon graduation.
