We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Service Representative to provide administrative and operational support to our Crop Insurance division at Silveus Insurance Group, including Agents, Account Service Representatives (ASRs), and the Director of Processing. This position is responsible for processing policy information, maintaining compliance requirements, supporting agency operations, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, thrive in a fast paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork.
