About this role
ABOUT THE TEAM The Rubrik corporate legal team is looking for an energetic and talented Corporate Counsel with a passion for working on corporate securities, transactions and compliance matters and driving business in a fast-paced in-house environment. This position reports to Rubrik’s Senior Director, Corporate Legal and is located in Rubrik’s HQ (Palo Alto). You will work 3 days a week in the office. What you’ll do : Prepare and review SEC filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, registration statements, and Section 16 reporting, including Forms 3, 4, and 5. Advise on compliance with public company rules and regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, stock exchange listing standards, and Delaware law.…
