About the Role At Rubrik, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning function. In this critical leadership role, you will establish the operational foundation and systems for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organizations Resource Management function. You will be responsible for driving alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC in core operational workflows to ensure consistency, reduce regional friction, and improve data integrity. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in capacity planning, resource forecasting, a strong track record of cross-functional enablement, and the ability to partner effectively with P and Executive leadership to drive globally consistent decision-making.…
