Talent Partner, G&A Location: Bengaluru, India — Hybrid Department: People — Talent Acquisition About the Role You'll lead hiring for Rubrik's G&A organization in India, and be the talent voice in the room when leaders decide how those teams get built. This is a senior individual-contributor seat: you'll run the hardest G&A searches yourself — Finance, Legal, People, IT, Business Operations — while advising VPs on leveling, location, and org shape, and setting the standard the wider Talent Partner team follows.
