Ensure accurate recordkeeping of maintenance, repair, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for department leadership. Monitor work order requests and ensure timely assignment and completion. Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests. Track expenditures and maintain financial records.
