About this role

At a Glance The Provider Outreach Specialist is a critical, community-facing role supporting nicotine cessation and prevention efforts in South Carolina. This person builds relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, delivers training and education on Quitline resources, and helps connect residents to the support they need to live healthier, nicotine-free lives. Where You'll Be This is a remote position with required regular travel (up to 75%) based in South Carolina (Low Country/ lower Pee Dee region). Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.
