Summary Statement: The Assistant General Manager, Miss Loretta's is responsible for leading the daily operations for all front of house functions within the restaurant. This position will also manage personnel assignments and ensure the highest quality of products and service is provided to all guests. Primary Job Duties: Includes, but is not limited to: Manage all aspects of personnel for restaurant team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, subcontractors, and vendors. Research market trends to develop and implement new programs to improve operations. Manage operational cost to achieve or reduce budgeted expenditures. Ensure sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhere to all health code regulations and standards.…
