Summary Statement: The Lead Fitness Attendant is responsible for supervising the Fitness Team while providing uncompromising levels for guest service and displaying an upbeat and positive demeanor. This position is responsible for the general supervision of the fitness center, including guest service and ensuring the equipment is clean, functioning properly and used according to the rules of the facility. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Lead the fitness teams performance on a daily basis, ensuring Forbes Five Star standards. Spearhead the training of the fitness team. Be the first point of contact for any immediate guest recovery issues. Welcome and interact with guests as they call, enter and exit the facility.…
