Summary Statement: The Vice President, Player Development is responsible for maintaining existing relationships and the development of new relationships with targeted gaming/non-gaming resort patrons through personal contact in order to generate incremental revenues. The ideal candidate for this position should already have a strong following of premium mass, as well as high-end gaming/non-gaming resort guests, while continuously showing the necessary ability to generate new business at these same levels. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Bring high net individuals who contribute to both gaming and non-gaming revenue.
