Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring an Associate Manager of Building Services in our Phoenix office. This role supports the Regional Directors of Real Estate Management and Building Services to ensure proper maintenance programs and best practices are performed in the areas of preventive maintenance service, service request response and equipment repairs. This position is responsible for ensuring all building systems and fixtures are operating in a safe and efficient manner.
