Job Description: The Field Coordinator is responsible for all activities that occur or fail to occur with regard to projects or personnel assigned to his/her team/region. Works with VP of Construction, Field Teams, and Project Teams. Some things you can expect to do: Ensure team members understand what is expected of them and hold them accountable for performance, provide regular feedback and have development conversations, delegate appropriate tasks and provide timely and meaningful recognition. Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring new staff members. (Hiring of new employees will be discussed at Field Coordinator meetings.) Train team members in proper estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.…
