About this role

Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring ofr a Project Architect to join our team in Austin, Chicago or Minneapolis. The primary responsibility of this position is to support and lead architects through the design of small to mid sized projects including directing, supervising and mentoring staff towards the delivery of complete and accurate design documents that meet projects milestones and goals, within designated timeframes. Some things you can expect to do: Works in tandem with Client, Architects, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants. Supports and leads team of Architects and Designers through the design process of small to mid-size projects.
