About this role
Job Description: The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget. This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understands and controlling project budget. Works with trades foremen, superintendent and project management of all scopes of the project; owners and/or tenants. Some things you can expect to do: Develop a site-specific safety program and administer project safety per Ryan safety policies and procedures and develop a job specific Job Safety/Hazard Analysis. Manage subcontractors in the performance of their work per contract. Develop and understand a CPM computer-generated schedule and be able to track that schedule.…
