EU 261 Claims Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised EU 261 Claims Administrator to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing passenger claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 & Montreal Convention. You will work with precision and efficiency to ensure all claims are handled accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements, while providing professional support to our customers throughout the claims process. Manage and assess EU261, Montreal Convention, refund claims from receipt through to resolution. Investigate claims by gathering and analysing information from multiple systems and supporting documentation. Review claim eligibility in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.…
