COMPANY 🌱 WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯 We're hiring a Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager to grow RYZE's TikTok Shop revenue through our highest-value creators. This is a growth-accountable role: you'll own the GMV, impressions, and retention that top-tier creator investment generates, and you'll be evaluated on those outcomes. You'll build the pipeline of creators worth investing in beyond standard commission, negotiate and structure deals against clear ROI, and use performance data to decide where RYZE should scale its investment and where it shouldn't.
