Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior People Partner to support our teams in the Philippines, serving as the primary People Partner to regional leadership. This role is critical in enabling planned growth by establishing strong people practices, building in-region hiring capacity, driving performance, and ensuring effective day-to-day HR execution in-region.
Given the current size of the regional team, this role will also own full-cycle recruiting for the region - partnering directly with GMs and hiring managers to build pipelines, run interview processes, and close candidates.
