About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Team: The Order Management Team is responsible for contract validations and booking, processing all type of customers’ transactions including invoices & credits. Other activities include and are not limited to handling disputes and queries, reporting, reconciliations, participate in special projects. The Impact: Order management touches virtually every system and process in the supply chain. An Order Management System is the main step in generating revenue.
