About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, providing year‑round support for broad‑based compensation programs, processes, and initiatives in partnership with colleagues across regions. You will work closely with Compensation Leads and Total Rewards colleagues to support day-to-day compensation activities, reporting, and data administration. This role is well suited for someone building foundational compensation knowledge in a structured, team-oriented environment. The role reports to the Compensation Lead.
