About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: You will join a collaborative team dedicated to facilitating the integration of financial data for private capital clients onto S&P Global’s proprietary software platform. The team values accuracy, efficiency, and delivering best-in-class solutions to our clients. Responsibilities and Impact: Standardize and upload financial statements of Venture Capital Portfolio companies using S&P Global’s proprietary tools. Drive successful implementation of the Private Capital Markets platform within market-leading private capital firms. Analyze financial and legal documents of portfolio companies, extracting economic rights and share amounts from Articles of Incorporation, Cap Tables, Share Purchase Agreements, etc.…
