About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Role: The Senior Analyst, Commission will play a critical role in the financial planning, analysis, and operational support of our sales incentive programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of commission plans, managing quota and crediting processes, and maintaining strong financial controls. Partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance leadership, the Senior Analyst will leverage deep analytical skills to manage compensation data, model incentive outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
