Position Summary : The Dietitian role has a clinical role maintaining a minimum of 30 minutes per resident per month at our long term care home in Windsor for a total of 70 hours a month. Responsibilities : Identify and monitor level of nutrition and hydration for all residents. Complete scheduled RAIMDS assessments; assess nutritional status for all residents upon admission, annually and when significant changes in status occur.…
