Location: 355 North Fifth Street Indiana, PA 15701 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function : Provides internal and external customer service in a centralized Loan Servicing Center by maintaining the IBS Insight Loan System information, completing various loan servicing related tasks and projects, and providing telephone support through the LSC.
