Din roll Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att innebära tät och daglig kontakt med våra olika produktionsverkstäder, företrädesvis inom tillverkning stål. Du kommer också att ha nära samarbete med övriga funktioner så som produktionsledning, projektledning och beredning. Du kommer i rollen att arbetsleda personal men inte ha det formella personalansvaret. Du kommer också att få hjälpa till att skapa förutsättningar för en framgångsrik framdrift i ditt projekt. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer i första hand att omfatta Leda och koordinera personal och uppgifter, både inom eget område men också tillsammans med andra yrkesroller.…
