About this role
The role As part of our Engineering and Sustainment Services group, the Sustainment Engineering Manager will manage the delivery of engineering outcomes to ensure availability of Combat Systems in accordance with our contracted requirements. Working collaboratively with our Systems Delivery Group Combat Systems Integration team, MIWS, relevant CLCM, RMP and DSC contractors, they will ensure efficient delivery of engineering change, combat system in service engineering support, and short facility in service support. Further, the successful candidate will: Provide leadership to a multi-disciplined team of engineers, technical officers and logistics resources. Understand and develop requirements for maintaining operational availability and efficiency of the platform combat systems.…
