About this role

We are hiring a Mid-level In-house Counsel for Saab Brasil! We are looking for a legal generalist with strong experience in contracts and business acumen to take on a newly created mid-level role within our legal structure in Brazil. You will work closely with our business teams, providing legal support for proposals, contracts and customer negotiations. Location: São Paulo/SP, Brazil Work arrangement: Four days in the office and one day working from home per week. Expected start date: January 2027 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the entire contract lifecycle, from legal analysis and proposal preparation to negotiation and ongoing contract oversight. • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, participate in customer meetings and help develop solutions that meet business needs.…
