Job Description: The Saab, Inc. Talent Acquisition team seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Recruiter with a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. As part of our growing HR organization, this role will support hiring with a particular focus on Engineering, Technical Operations, and Program Management roles.
