About SailFuture Academy SailFuture is a St. Petersburg nonprofit serving about 200 children and families a year, from foster care and residential programs to international sailing expeditions and an entrepreneurship high school. We are a small agency with a "whatever it takes" mentality. We build things for our kids, and we want someone who will build them right. The Role Lead a crew of 5. You will work the tools, run the jobsite and own quality, safety and schedule. As our building program grows, this role becomes Construction Supervisor with full responsibility for projects, budgets and the crew. Some of your work will include young people, so we want a leader who can teach a trade patiently and show a teenager what a good day of work looks like.…
