Job Description Summary Under the supervision and guidance of a head coach, the graduate assistant (GA) coach aids in all phases of coaching and mentorship of the Division II Women’s Soccer program including student-athlete recruitment, game preparation, player evaluation, academic coordination and practice and game day coaching. Job Description Duties and Tasks: Assists head coach in teaching team members the individual skills and techniques associated with women's soccer. Assists head coach in implementing game tactics and strategy. Guides team members on proper nutrition needed for optimal performance at the collegiate level.
